Looks like the second box is really springing! And, also looks like the pepper has NOT turned red yet. But, some of the tomatoes are getting there! I look forward to laying eyes on my home tomorrow!

So, you can tell that I haven't been too forthcoming with what I'm doing ... I think it's because I don't really want to advertise to the world that I'm out of town. Although, my hood is such that no one would be making it out of my house without everyone knowing it! Thanks neighbors!!!!! Anyway, I've been having a bit of a holiday at the beach. It's been really wonderful and I'm so grateful for my neighbors and friends (they tend to be both!) for all of their support. One of my BFF's daughters is looking after my cat and fish ... Daris, Alex and their daddy-o Mac is looking after the garden, and another BFF is caring for my aging pooch. Thanks to all of you for making it possible for me to head out for a bit of vacation. I'm so lucky! Although I've had an amazing time, I am looking forward to my own bed and to be back with my critters. I'm also really looking forward to seeing the garden boxes. It will be neat to see what a week brings.
