It's great to be home. I was back about 30 minutes when Daris and Alex came home from the pool. They were really excited to see me (which of course made me happy!) and they were eager to talk to me and show me the garden. They also wanted to show me what their mom had made with some of the eggplant! The first box is really top heavy with tomatoes. I've got to get some more stakes to secure them. Some of the branches have snapped and they are in need of some immediate help. It's amazing how attached I am to these plants. I feel bad that some of the veggies are going to die because I haven't secured them well.
Pretty soon we're going to be picking tons of tomatoes!!!
