The kids surprised me this evening with a garden visit! They were interested in what was happening with our garden. We've had LOTS of rain lately. So, they haven't had a lot of time outside. There were some tomatoes and it was fun to see that another green pepper was springing late in the game. 
I know I'm behind in the curve ... but, now that the rain is done for the week, I'm going to go to the nursery to see if I still have time to do something with our boxes before winter hits. (If I'm too late, it will be a learning moment - right?)((YES, I KNOW I'M LAME!!!!)
